Fruit Fly Brain Hackathon 2016

Join us for the Fruit Fly Brain Hackathon 2016 on March 17, 2016.

The hackathon is organized in conjunction with the Columbia Workshop on Brain Circuit, Memory and Computation. The goal of the hackathon is to bring together researchers interested in developing executable models of the fruit fly brain, and to engage experimental researchers and computational researchers to collabratively emulate the whole fly brain. The hackathon will be focused on using the recently developed open-source platform Neurokernel for developing computational models of different parts of the fruit fly brain that can be interconnected through Neurokernel API.
